Cancellation:

  • We accept cancellation of order(s) if the order is cancelled within 24hrs from the time of order placed. We request you to send email “Cancellation of Order” with order details to customercare@rangroop.in After approval of cancellation Credit Note would be issued and sent to your address / email for the value of the cancelled order.

 

Returns and Exchange:

  • We closely inspect every piece of product before dispatch. However if you feel you have received a damaged product, kindly let us know within 24hrs of you receiving the product. We request you to send a written notice to email with images, videos of the damaged product along with the courier box it was delivered to you in with invoice copy and order details to customercare@rangroop.in If the customer fails to give such notice within 24hrs the products will be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the products accordingly.
  • If you received a product that you have not ordered for kindly let us know within 24hrs of you receiving the product. We request you to send email with image of the product you have received along with invoice and order details to customercare@rangroop.in
  • We do not accept returns and exchange for the products which are pre-ordered, customised, altered.
  • We do not accept returns and exchange of Sarees for which customised stitching has been made like fall, pico and stitched blouses.
  • We do not accept returns and exchange for Lehenga and Gowns.
  • We do not accept colour and work related returns and exchange as we have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of the products on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors, and screens of electronic devices vary.
  • We do not accept refund, returns and exchange of products due to shipment delays due to unavoidable circumstances which would be beyond our control including festivals, holidays, lockouts, etc.

 

Conditions:

  • All the return and exchange products must be a product of Rang Roop and should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and should be in its original form and packaging.
  • All the return and exchange products is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend you send the parcel using a reputed delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.
  • The shipping charges to be borne by the customer. For international customers along with shipping charges custom fees (if applicable) to be borne by the customer.
  •  All the return and exchange products will be quality checked once the product has been returned to our store. After which the confirmation of acceptance / refusal of returned products would be communicated to you by email.

  • Rang Roop reserves the right to accept or refuse returns and exchange of products.

  • Credit Note of the value of the returned product would be issued and sent to your address/email for all the approved and accepted returned products. The amount will not include shipping charges borne earlier by the customer.

     

    Note:

    • All the return and exchange request must be sent to us as “Return and Exchange Request” to email customercare@rangroop.inwith the following details:
      • Order Number
      • Product Code
      • Invoice Copy
      • Reason for returning the product
      • Photo of the product which you intend to return back to us
    • All the return and exchange products/orders to be sent to the below mentioned address after receiving return and exchange approval email from us.
